Julia, a skater raised in New York, experiences a profound culture shock when she moves to Puerto Rico with her grandmother for the first time. Feeling trapped in her displacement, she seeks solace by exploring the streets of Santurce. One day, while wandering, she discovers a local skate shop and encounters a vibrant group of femmes dominating the nearby streets. Enthralled by their energy, Julia imagines herself as part of their skate crew, feeling a sense of destiny drawing her to join them. As she integrates into the group, Julia discovers a newfound sense of belonging and purpose, embracing her identity while navigating the challenges of her new environment.
